I have switched from Napleton Hyundai of Carmel back to Ray Skillman due to timely service appointments, availability and distance from our home. I own a Genesis and my wife the Sonata. I was very pleased with my last visit with my Genesis. I also like your waiting areas and WIFI. It allows me to work remotely very effectively.



We had a great experience here when we brought our 2012 Elantra in for a steering issue. Brantly Batton was amazing as our key contact. He was an excellent representative of the dealership. He was polite, a good listener, respectful, and a great communicator of the status. We will definitely come back to this location even though it's farther than another Hyundai dealership.

I think they are a little high. For oil change they wanted 116.00 where some where else only 80.00. I think if you spend over 20 k there should be some complimentary things.

Sales and Leasing Consultant Eric Robison was phenomenal! We went to the dealership around 5:00 pm and he met us at the door. We found a Kia Sorento and he was there for the whole car sale process and it was after 9;00 pm before sale was complete. I will recommend him to family and friends!

This place is awesome, my Buick broke down and I needed a car ASAP, their guy Henry and lady Daniella took care of me with the upmost empathy. Henry even picked me up and paid for an Uber. Johnny Sparks was our salesman and he was very professional and assisted us throughout our purchase. He answered all our questions He is very new at this location but he assured we were well taken care of.

Scheduled service was to include oil change and oil filter. My 2017 Sonata has been driven 74,000 miles, and I suspected a new battery made be needed since my Sonata is now 5 1/2 years old. My service advisor, Deja Williams, provided me with price information for the new battery, and also suggested replacing the brakes which she also provided the price information. Replaced both the battery and brakes. Westside Hyundai service department always provides me "top of the line" service when I have my Sonata serviced.

I was pleased with the service at Ray Skillman, they got me in with minimal expected wait times. However, I did have a serious problem with my horn that had not worked for two days. However, after spending a few hours at the shop, they told me that my horn was froze. A very surprising ending.

I always feel confident that my vehicle will be properly serviced and I appreciate the video that is provided telling me what is being examined on my vehicle. I always wait and typically am in and out in about an hour, but this time it was 1 hour and 40 minutes! I was told that 3 technicians were out -- unless they all had a serious illness (sounded like they were taking vacation time), it doesn't make sense that time off would be allowed to be scheduled at the same time, when it impacts customers like this.
