We visited Ray Skillman Mazda as part of a process to sort through a number of vehicles we were considering to buy. We were greeted promptly by Barry Morris and set up with Jonny Much to drive a Mazda 6 and CX-5. Both vehicles were excellent and Jonny was very knowledgeable about the products. Beyond the cars he also showed and interest in getting to know my wife and me. After driving the 2017 CX-5 we came to see, Jonny showed us a 2018 with lower miles and more features for about the same amount of money. Overall, a very positive dealer experience.

This was my first experience at the KIA service center. They scheduled me right away...the day following my call for an appointment. I was greeted with smiles and the reassurance that, in addition to the oil change I had specifically scheduled, they would make sure I was ready for a road trip in the near future. They worked quickly and also washed and vacuumed for me. I am very pleased with the tlc I received. I should also mention that my daughter purchased HER car from Ray Skillman Hyundai, and THEIR service department has been amazing.

Very good and friendly service was told about tires I needed was told that I needed gas injection treatment and then alignment and four more words to make the review long enough

As always, very prompt and professional. Everyone friendly, waiting room comfortable, bathrooms clean, magazines current. And the coffee, even though from a machine, is adequate.

I have brought my own Suzuki truck to Patrick Rady in the Service Department with outstanding results. Wife's Buick developed a leak, and after a poor experience at a Buick Dealership service dept, I suggested she bring her vehicle to Patrick for service. He solved the problem right away and she was thrilled with the level of service and professionalism.

After noticing an oil leak from her Buick, my wife made an early appointment with a GM dealership where they promised they would diagnose the problem and "get right back to her". After receiving "radio silence" for eight hours, she had a friend drop her off at the dealership and found that they had not even put the car on the lift! She was not happy. I told her that Patrick Rady and the service team at Ray Skillman would look at it, diagnose the problem and offer a reasonable solution, which they did! Kudos to Patrick and his team for excellent service and most importantly, for doing what they said they would do. As always, they set the standard for excellence in automotive service.
