Appointment was for 8:00. Check in started at 8 so already running behind schedule. Only one person checking folks in. Steady pace but not quick. Car was picked up at 8:20. Recall service took an hour with a mandatory review of potential services. Not out till 9:30. Feel like 9:00 would have been fair.

Must faster service than I expected. This was my first service there, so I was basing my expectation on other service departments. Also, the interaction with staff was very positive and friendly.
The team here was extremely helpful and kind. My car battery completely died and I had to pull in here. The manager and the service center team was extremely generous and helped troubleshoot. I was lucky to get stuck with the right people. It could’ve been much worse situation without them.

The manager worked with me on things that I normally do myself to manage service fees, then he went the extra mile and found a replacement door trim piece to replace the one that was falling off…even though they are back ordered. I’ve have one on order from Kia Napleton (much closer to my home) for about 4 or 5 months now…not a word out of them. I’ll be going back to Ray Skillman in the future.
I recently purchased a 2022 Kia Carnival from your dealership and hate a great experience with Merrien. She was very friendly and thoughtful throughout the process. She made me feel comfortable in my decision, which made me appreciative. However, I did want to share some feedback about the finance portion of the transaction. I ended completing my decision and finance with Nic and Terry. I felt the customer service received by Marcel could be improved. A more welcoming approach would go a long way in helping customers feel supported during such an Important part of the buying experience.
Ezra was great! He found the car I’ve been looking for, drove to Greenwood to get it and had it ready for me when I got to the dealership. Bim was quick to answer my questions about personal vs. business loans and Peyton had things done quickly. Great experience and I highly recommend visiting. Ask for Ezra, he’s the best!

Brantly greeted me with a smile and a confident attitude that made me feel comfortable immediately. 30 minutes later my oil change and tire rotation was finished. I waited in the customer waiting area with the aroma of fresh baked cookies. I was pleasantly surprised when I heard my name called. I could not believe how smoothly this took place. What a nice way to start my day.

MY sales person was great..I bought a used car and there was some issues with it that I wanted fixed before I picked it up the next day. It was the end of the month and I think they all they wanted was to get another sale in before the end of the month. They said they fixed the problem so I picked up the car and is doing the same thing Now I have to take time out of my schedule to take it in and have it fixed properly somewhere and I will be without a car
James Stephens and his technician were amazing about getting me scheduled and diagnosing a noise coming from my steering wheel that Ray Skillman Southside Kia wasn’t able to assist me with. They quickly got the replacement parts ordered and I’m awaiting them to arrive to be installed, hopefully this will remove the sound coming from my steering wheel.
