This was my second time coming to this dealership. Even though it's a little further, it's worth the drive. The customer service is fantastic. My only complaint is that I asked for the tire pressure to be checked and they rotated the tires, but half way home, I realized the pressure indicator light was still on. It's not enough to have to drive back to fix! But honestly, I appreciate how friendly the front staff is.

Have bought 2 cars from this dealership and both times very good experiences. The sales dept worked with us to provide a new car when our car broke down when we were out of town.They went out of their way to get us a new car quickly. The service dept. is exceptional. Very friendly and helpful in describing what work was done on our maintenance visits. Nice waiting room and we love the cookies!

I bought a certified pre—owned Mazda from Ray Skillman in June and had an amazing experience from the test drive to the signing of the paperwork. Everyone was extremely communicative and answered all my questions- shoutout to Rodrigo. This past week, I took the car in because one of the tires was leaking air and they got me in for service less than 24 hours after I called. Patrick was very kind and helpful. Super appreciative for all their help!!

10K mile first service, oil change, tire rotation, fluids/inspection - they got me in the day I called to schedule, took only an hour to knock out and sent me a video of their inspection which was a very nice touch. Love these guys, especially Keenan the sales rep who sold me the Mazda CX-30 last year! Great crew.

When I initially moved here Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall was the first place I started taking my car to be serviced. I moved to another side of Indianapolis and started taking my car to another location. I was not treated very well. My car was not taken care of like it should have been. Needless to say I went back to where I was treated with kindness and respect. My vehicle was also treated with care. James was awesome and the sweetest person I’ve met since I’ve moved here.

Patrick Bradford was great! He was not only in a rush to get my vehicle in to fix my A/C because he said “next week will be really hot” but he was very up front and honest about when my car would get done. Even with the staff shortage they were experiencing he was calm and collected. He figured out what was wrong with my car and had it charged up and ready to go. The experience overall was wonderful. We appreciate his workmanship.
