If they somehow messed up giving me an oil change, I would still give it three stars simply because of the cookies in the showroom. Those were EPICALLY delicious! Customer service was top notch. Friendly staff. Home renovation TV shows playing in the waiting room. I literally love you.

Justin was very accommodating and efficient. He pointed out some fine thought to be scratches on my driver mirror that I had not noticed but were easily removed. That attention to detail is impressive. Drop off and pickup with loaner was seamless.

The men greeted me at the service desk with in a minute of arriving. I was early but they got me in and out within an hour. I doubt I will have any further service performed at the dealership due to hours and no Saturday service. Location is not ideal either. Price quoted for future service is also excessive.

I've noticed the last few times I have been in, it has seemed to take a lot longer, so this time I paid more attention. When my car was finished and pulled around front, the tech dropped my paperwork and key at the desk of the gentleman that checked me in. I waited several minutes and then went out to the garage area. The waiting area was hospitable, and staff looked over another mechanic's diagnostic report and provided honest feedback about actual need for service. I was glad to get an oil change.
So far my experience with Ray Skillman Mazda Westside has been amazing. Booking is easy, whether online or by phone, and the staff is always professional. They have a comfortable waiting room while my car is being worked on. They address issues properly. I even had a recall on my vehicle, and they took care of it without any hassle.

Service for oil change and tire rotation was great. I needed 3 windshield wipers and inquired as to an installation fee. I was very disappointed to find there is an installation fee. I incorrectly assumed installation would be done as a courtesy especially since I purchased my car from you. I purchased the wipers from the parts department. I tried to install them as I've done on previous vehicles I've owned but at 77 years old no longer have the hand strength I once had. My son will install them for me. Nancy Wehrling

Easy to make a service appointment and they do a through check on the car. Had some work done last week that had a reoccurrence and the staff fixed it and were honest about the mistake. I trust the staff…they are also very friendly.

It was a great experience working with Barry and Rodrigo on my car purchase. Barry was very clear and efficient with all the details by email, and even though he was off the day I came in, he made sure Rodrigo had everything ready for me.
